Yuchun Lee

CEO & CO-FOUNDER

Yuchun Lee is Co-Founder of Allego and has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company since its inception in 2013. Mr. Lee is also the Executive Chairman of the Board of DSP Concepts, an Audio of Things (AoT) platform company. He is currently an executive in residence (XIR) at General Catalyst Partners, a venture capital firm, and also serves on the board of Vertex Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: VRTX), a Fortune 500 company. He was Executive Chairman of Clarabridge, Inc. until its successful acquisition by Qualtrics in 2021. Before founding Allego, Mr. Lee was the Vice President of IBM’s Enterprise Marketing Management Group, through a successful 2010 acquisition of Unica Corporation (NASDAQ: UNCA), an enterprise marketing management software company. Mr. Lee was Unica’s Chief Executive Officer from 1992 through 2010. Prior to Unica, he was a senior consultant at Digital Equipment Corporation, a supplier of general computing technology and consulting services. Mr. Lee holds a B.S. and an M.S. in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Babson College.

Mark Magnacca

PRESIDENT & CO-FOUNDER

Mark Magnacca is President and Co-Founder of Allego. Prior to Allego, Mark was President of Insight Development Group, a sales enablement and consulting firm that specialized in financial services. During this time, Mark helped his clients enable their sales teams more effectively and scale their efforts using technology. Mark is also the co-author of Mastering Virtual Selling: Orchestrating Sales Success with Yuchun Lee and Tony Jeary. The book redefined virtual selling for sales executives and their teams in financial services, medical device, high tech, and manufacturing. Mark hosts The Adapter’s Advantage podcast, in which sales and training leaders across industries share stories of overcoming challenging situations that help viewers adapt to a rapidly changing world. Mark is a graduate of Babson College and a participant in The Strategic Coach program.

Andre Black

CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER

Andre has over 20 years of experience in software as an innovation consultant, product manager, and user experience designer. Prior to Allego, Andre built the UX Innovation practice for Medullan, Inc.as Chief Creative Officer. He led numerous product strategy, consumer engagement, and mobile UI design projects for clients including Aetna, Humana, Verizon, and BCBSA. Andre spent eight years at Unica in UX, GUI development, and product vision roles, ultimately as Director of Product Management for Unica’s $150M Enterprise Interactive Marketing Suite. As an Electrical Engineering undergraduate at Cornell University, Andre co-founded Jump.com, a VC-backed web app that won “Best of Show” at Internet Showcase ’99 before being acquired by Microsoft.

Ed Chin

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Ed’s 25 years of experience developing high quality, high performance software began with programming at the age of 11. He started his own bulletin board system (BBS) while in high school and coded for the MIT Media Lab’s “Movies of the Future Group” while an undergrad at MIT. Prior to Allego, Ed was an early employee at Unica Corporation where he led several development teams en route to Unica’s IPO in 2005 and subsequent acquisition by IBM. Before that, Ed worked at a number of financial companies including Goldman Sachs, where he developed real-time trading systems, and Fidelity Investments, where he developed analytical tools for fund managers.

Erik Fowler

CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Erik is responsible for Allego’s customer acquisition and sales goals. He is a proven sales leader with over 20 years of experience, focused on maximizing sales opportunities through strategic planning and streamlined sales processes. Prior to Allego, Erik served as CRO of a multimillion-dollar publicly traded SaaS company. In that role, he oversaw all client-facing functions, including sales, revenue operations, sales engineering and more, to deliver enterprise cloud-based customer engagement solutions. Under Erik’s charge, the company grew from $20M to over $134M in revenue. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Virginia Tech. Erik is also a former Naval Officer in the U.S. Navy.

Laurie Long

CHIEF CUSTOMER OFFICER

Laurie is responsible for the onboarding, training and ongoing support of customers worldwide. With more than 20 years of high tech client services leadership experience, she is focused on building and scaling services teams to support the ongoing success of customers while growing revenue for the company. Prior to joining Allego, Laurie held senior client services leadership positions at IMN, Axeda and Unica, where she created the customer success function and scaled the team over nine years as the company grew from $5M to $125M in revenues.

Lena Finch

Sr. Director, People & Culture

Lena leads People and Culture at Allego, and strives to foster an inclusive environment where employees thrive and understand their impact to the organization. She orchestrates talent management strategies, steering the company’s growth trajectory while nurturing employee development. Lena has a proven track record of guiding rapid-growth companies and championing a values-driven approach to recruitment and retention.

Her greatest drive stems from her role as a strategic and empathetic leader, collaborating closely with employees and managers across all levels to advance both talent and business outcomes.

With diverse HR experience across multiple industries, she holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Bridgewater State University and an MBA from Curry College. Additionally, she contributes her insights and expertise to the University of Vermont’s Women in Leadership advisory board.

Phil Costa

SVP, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Phil oversees Product Management and Engineering for Allego’s award winning products. He has over 20 years of experience leading product and design teams in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on building product teams for rapidly growing product-focused companies. Prior to Allego, Phil was SVP of Product Management at Brightcove, where he built the product management and UX teams for a globally distributed video platform leader. Previously, he held senior product management roles with Bullhorn, the leading CRM platform for recruiting and staffing agencies, and Adobe (Macromedia, Allaire). Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts from Swarthmore College and a Masters Degree from Boston University.

Richard Raihill

VP, GENERAL COUNSEL & SECRETARY

Richard oversees all legal, regulatory, and compliance affairs for Allego. A proven senior legal counsel and business executive with 25 years’ experience, he has worked with a broad mix of public and private technology-based companies including VMware, Inc., Carbon Black, Saba, Inc., Unica Corporation, and Xpedior, Inc. He has also held senior business development, strategy, and licensing positions at IBM, Verizon, GTE, and BBN/Raytheon. Richard earned his B.A. in Political Science from Boston University and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law. Richard lives in Wayland, MA with his two kids and their pandemic puppy.

Peter Kyranakis

VP, SOLUTION CONSULTING & SALES ENABLEMENT

Peter oversees the Solution Consulting and Sales Enablement organization for Allego. He is a proven leader with over 20 years of experience managing technical sales and operations teams.  And he has a track record of scaling teams to help achieve accelerated growth targets.

Prior to joining Allego, Peter served as VP of Customer Success at a publicly traded SaaS Telecommunication/Engagement company. In that role, he was responsible for many functions, including sales engineering, enablement, professional services, account management, and technical support. He helped the company grow from $20M to over $134M in revenue. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Auburn University.

Deniz Olcay

VP, MARKETING

Deniz’s career has always revolved around sales. He started as a quota-carrying rep at Canon Business Solutions and then transitioned to become a training designer in the sales training industry at RAIN Group. In this role, he directly created learning programs to help sellers improve their effectiveness. In his previous position at Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), Deniz served as the VP of Product Marketing. There, he managed a portfolio of 12+ products, generating over $650M in annual revenue. These products catered to clients that represented 90% of the Fortune 500 companies. He also played a crucial part in training a 500+ person sales team, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges involved in equipping sellers with the knowledge and tools necessary for success in a digital-first world.

Robert Hill

VP, FINANCE

Robert oversees the Finance department at Allego, where he is focused on providing critical analytics and strategic partnership across the org to grow and scale the business. He is a data-driven finance professional with over a decade of experience building, executing, and measuring against plans that ensure proper business investment and performance. He joins Allego from Newsela, a major player in the EdTech space, where he was the Sr. Director of FP&A, S&M. Before that he was the FP&A Manager for Clarabridge, a leading provider of conversational analytics, where he played a key role in its $1 billion sale. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Bachelor of Arts in English from George Mason University. Robert lives in Washington DC with his partner, his two young children, and his goofy dog.
