From This Episode
Host Mark Magnacca: “How can people get comfortable creating video and get over the fact that their personal videos don’t have to be Hollywood-level quality?”
Todd Hartley: “Typically, people have this notion that they can’t get started with video until they have a full-on production crew. But here’s the reality. Nobody is expecting Steven Spielberg-level quality out of your personal videos. They aren’t. They’re expecting to connect and learn from you. They’re expecting you to add value to their lives so they can solve their problems and you can become their guru.
“The way I look at it is everybody’s got these phones, and each of these phones has 4K cameras. The lenses are really great. They’re designed for low light. So, instead of creating a limiting belief that you have to have all this high-end professional gear, just use what you’ve got. Because what you’ve got is pretty damn good, especially in the era we’re living in.”
